The map this tool produces displays the distribution of Commercial Fishing Effort. Any anomalies which may appear are a direct reflection of the data held on the catch effort database.

Range breaks are calculated on an 'Equal Count' basis: ie each catch range has approximately the same number of statistical areas in it. Refer to help for further information.

Data is displayed by statistical area as number of vessel fishing days
